$1 Cinnamon Rolls Friday As Westfield Cinnaholic Opens

The vegan bakery offers 'build your own' items that are 100 percent vegan, dairy and lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free.

WESTFIELD, NJ - The wait is over as the highly-anticipated vegan bakery Cinnaholic will be opening its door at the new Westfield location on Friday morning and celebrating with $1 cinnamon rolls.

Cinnaholic is next to Ferraro's at 18 Elm Street.

Cinnaholic co-founders Shannon and Florian Radke opened the first Cinnaholic bakery in Downtown Berkeley, California in 2010. According to their website, the couple appeared on ABC's hit television show, Shark Tank. After the show, they adopted a franchise business model, and began expanding Cinnaholic locations across the U.S. and Canada.

According to their website, Cinnaholic serves create-your-own cinnamon rolls and other sweet treats where patrons select from over 20 unique frosting flavors and a variety of fresh and decadent toppings. All products are scratch-made and fresh-baked, and are 100 percent vegan, dairy and lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free, the website said.

On opening day, patrons can partake in $1 cinnamon rolls from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Limit 1 per customer per visit.
