WESTFIELD, NJ — Westfield's Downtown area is always bustling with business. Take a look at five new businesses set to open soon, according to the Down Westfield Corporation.
Atlantic Health: The not-for-profit private healthcare company, that runs a number of hospitals and outpatient centers such at Overlook Medical Center, will be opening a new location at the former Morgan Stanley site opposite the Post Office at 138 Central Ave. For more information visit atlantichealth.org.
J. McLaughlin: The "uber-classic" clothing line company will be opening their 136th store soon at 44 Elm St. in the Westfield 'Flatiron' building that is being historically restored with grant assistance from the DWC Design Committee. Signature Realty: The real estate firm will open at 236 Elmer St. at corner of North Ave. E. (near Jay's Cycle Center). Construction is currently underway on their new building. For more information visit signaturerealtynj.com.
Warby Parker: The prescription glasses and sunglasses realtor is coming to 137 Central Ave. (in a portion of the space formerly occupied by Coldwater Creek) contingent on approval by the board of adjustment. The company designs glasses in-house, and engages with customers directly, to be able to provide higher-quality, better-looking prescription eyewear at a lower price. Westfield Station Cafe: will open soon at 339 South Ave. W., in the space formerly Duke's Deli. They will be offering breakfast and lunch along with select Mediterranean dishes.
