$50K Winning Powerball Lottery Ticket Sold In Union County

The ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Power Ball drawn for the Wednesday drawing winning the $50,000 second-tier prize.

UNION COUNTY, NJ — Two New Jersey Lottery tickets, including one sold in Union County, matched four of the five white balls and the Power Ball drawn for the Wednesday, Sept. 6, drawing winning the $50,000 second-tier prize.

The Union County ticket was sold at King's at the Rt. 1 Truck Stop, 828 US Highway 1, Elizabeth.

Another ticket sold in Passaic County purchased with the Power Play option multiplied the prize to $150,000.

The winning numbers for the Wednesday, Sept. 6, drawing were: 09, 14, 20, 23, and 63. The Red Power Ball number was 01. The Power Play was 3X.

The Powerball jackpot rolls to $500 million for the next drawing to be held Saturday, Sept. 9, at 10:59 p.m.
