The Town Council unanimously passed a resolution at its May 14 meeting to authorize an award of contract to MRC Recreation, representing Game Time Inc, for the purchase and installation of playground equipment for Memorial Park through the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey (ESCNJ), at a fee not to exceed $660,136.96.

A special ordinance for $474,000 and various grant programs also awarded to Westfield for $185,000 will cover the cost of the purchase.
