The incident happened at about 10:56 p.m. on June 7 near Barchester Way and Naworth Pass. Police said Penprapa McDonald, 74, of Westfield, was arrested following a motor vehicle investigation. She was later taken to police headquarters, processed, and released to a sober adult. No further details about the circumstances of the stop were provided.
