Now in its 12th year, the event brings together professionals for a day of networking, skill-building and career-focused discussions.

“Union County is proud to continue investing in opportunities that support women at every stage of their professional journey,” Union County Commissioner Chairman Joseph C. Bodek said. “The Women Mean Business Summit brings together leaders, innovators, and emerging professionals for a day focused on growth, connection, and practical tools that can be applied right away.”

The summit will include breakfast and lunch, along with four breakout sessions covering topics such as communication, workplace technology, leadership strategies and well-being.

Margo Chaly, acting secretary of higher education for New Jersey, is set to deliver the keynote address. She leads statewide efforts focused on access, affordability and workforce opportunity.

Additional speakers include Latisha Gaither, Hope M. Field, Angie Devanney and Christina Langdon, who will lead sessions on leadership development, communication and wellness.

Organizers said the event will also include networking opportunities, allowing attendees to connect with professionals from across the region.

The summit is organized by the Union County Department of Economic Development through the Office on Women, with support from several sponsors.

Admission is $65 per person, and registration is available through the county’s website.
