WESTFIELD, NJ — The Downtown Westfield Corporation is continuing its free “Spring Into Fitness” outdoor wellness series this Saturday, May 16, with a Pilates class led by Club Pilates in Foundation Park.
The weekly program runs from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. every Saturday through June 6 and features a rotating lineup of local fitness studios and instructors offering different styles of classes in an outdoor setting.
According to organizers, upcoming sessions include yoga, boxing-inspired fitness and meditation-based movement classes designed for all experience levels.
Future classes include Satsang Yoga Studio on May 23, Rumble Boxing on May 30 and Harmony Meditation on June 6.
The series is hosted by the Downtown Westfield Corporation and is free to attend.
