Lantern Hill Names Tyler Kypers as Associate Executive Director

Lantern Hill, a continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, has named Tyler Kypers as its associate executive director. Kypers will help oversee daily operations for the scenic 26-acre campus in New Providence, New Jersey.

Most recently, Kypers served as associate executive director at Woodleigh Chase, an Erickson Senior Living community in Fairfax, Virginia. He previously worked at Lantern Hill from 2017 to 2021 as a member of the finance team and was later promoted to finance director at Siena Lakes in Naples, Florida. His career began at Erickson Senior Living as a student server in 2007 at Cedar Crest, where he developed his skills on the dining team before transitioning into finance.

Kypers holds a bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University and a Master of Business Administration from William Paterson University.
