WESTFIELD, NJ — Shakespeare will return to Foundation Park next month as Acting Out brings a new outdoor production of "The Taming of the Shrew" to Westfield.
The performances are scheduled for Aug. 5 and Aug. 6 at 7 p.m. as part of the Westfield Public Arts Commission's Shakespeare in the Park series.
Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs for the outdoor performances. Chair rentals will also be available.
Beer and nonalcoholic beverages will be available for purchase during the event through Lions Roar Brewing Co.
The performances are presented by the Westfield Public Arts Commission with support from Spencer Savings Bank.
