MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ — A fatal crash at a Route 22 intersection in Mountainside is under investigation by Mountainside Police and the Union County Prosecutor's Office(UCPO) Homicide Task Force.
The crash took place at around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at the intersection of Route 22 and New Providence Road in Mountainside, said UCPO Public Information Officer Lauren Farinas.
"More details will be released as they become available," said Farinas.
