Raising Cane's 1st Union County Location Sets Opening Date

The Southern fast-food chain's specialties include chicken fingers (with signature Cane's sauce), chicken sandwiches, and crinkle-cut fries.

LINDEN, NJ — Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers will be opening its first Union County location.

The Southern fast-food chain will open at 801 W Edgar Road near Linden Airport on Monday, Aug. 17, according to Raising Cane's website.

Raising Cane's, based in Louisiana, began opening locations in New Jersey in 2023 in Burlington County, including Burlington, Cherry Hill and Marlton. The chain is also looking to expand to Watchung in Somerset County and the Jersey Shore in Brick.

The chain's specialties include chicken fingers (with signature Cane's sauce), chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, and sweet tea.
