UNION, NJ — Union County residents are being invited to a grand opening for Xtreme Energy Union, a new children's active play business at 2343 Morris Avenue.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 10, at 11 a.m., according to the Township of Union and the Greater Union Township Chamber of Commerce.
According to the announcement, Xtreme Energy Union is designed for children ages 2 through 12 and focuses on active play.
The business "provides a dynamic, active play environment for children ages 2 through 12, featuring a ropes course, ninja course, trampolines, playscapes, a zipline, and much more."
The announcement also describes the facility as "Built for kids" and says it offers "Interactive, developmental obstacle courses and active play activities for kids aged 2 to 12."
Other attractions listed in the announcement include Trampoline Trax, rock climbing, Ninja Warrior, a zip line, a ropes course and a playscape.
Xtreme Energy Union also promotes birthday parties at the site.
The announcement says, "Epic Birthday Parties" are "All-inclusive magical celebrations like no other. Just show up and let us take care of the details!"
The business says its activities are intended to help children build movement and coordination skills.
Xtreme Energy Union describes its offerings as "action-packed" and says children can "Develop gross motor skills, acumen and agility. Experience challenging obstacles, trampolines, rock climbing, ninja warrior and more."
