Anti-Trump Billboard Erected In Union County
The New York activist posted the billboard to inspire others to speak up and to promote his upcoming film about President Donald Trump.

UNION, NJ — An anti-Trump billboard was erected in Union County this week, just as the president’s former attorney Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to charges including crimes stemming from hush money he said he paid to two women at Trump's request.
Neil Harrison, an activist and filmmaker from Bronx, New York, paid roughly $1,000 to put the billboard up on Morris Avenue in Union Township on Tuesday. A bit of a discount he got from Paul at OutFront Media.
He chose New Jersey because New York doesn’t allow political ads on billboards.

“I really wanted to set a precedence so more activists would do the same in their towns and area and get out there,” Harrison said. “This is America and thank God for the first amendment.”
The plan was to keep the billboard up for at least three months, however, due to the overwhelming response from the public and media, Harrison may extend this and even expand his billboard.

“I’ve gotten so much mail and controversy and support and even threats due to the billboard,” Harrison said.
The other aspect of the billboard is to promote Harrison’s film called “Our Leader The Idiot.”
“The film deals with the fact that Trump is not really an idiot as he appears to be but looks deeper at him,” Harrison said. “He’s a very manipulative kind of man. He’s a master at it. Unfortunately, he has manipulated many people to believe what he says and what he says is, unfortunately, not only false it is just rhetoric.”
The film is expected to be released in late November around Thanksgiving.
“The film is not about making money for me,” Harrison said. “It’s making a statement and taking a stand and doing something very important to me.”
