Boot Camp Fitness

 Enjoy a high intensity, non judgmental, fun workout that will be sure to burn fat, boost metabolism, and build lean muscle, while getting you in the best shape of your life!


Workouts will include body-weight strength training, core work, as well as cardio conditioning.
-will last for approximately 1 hour (quick warm-up followed by body-weight strength training, and ending with cardio conditioning)
-will constantly be changed to shock and challenge the body!
-diet advice offered

Classes offered 6 days a week. Before and after work hours available.
