The crash occurred on the westbound lanes near Exit 2, at South Broad Street, on Interstate 195 in Hamilton early Saturday, according to 511nj.com.

The accident that the man stopped for was minor was considered minor; the man’s death was under investigation and additional details were not immediately available, according to the report.

A driver lost control after being struck by a hit-and-run driver; the impact caused the vehicle, which was traveling westbound on I-95, to go into the eastbound lanes, according to 6abc.

Police say another driver saw the crash and stopped; as he was exiting his vehicle, he was struck and killed by a pickup truck. The driver in the pickup truck remained at the scene. No charges will be filed against that driver, according to the report.
