Building Partially Collapses, Emergency Demolition Planned In Union County
Police said a vacant building under construction partially collapsed on Thursday.
ROSELLE PARK, NJ — A building partially collapsed in Roselle Park on Thursday.
A vacant building on the corner of E. Westfield Avenue at Berwyn Street, which was currently under construction, partially collapsed on Thursday, said Roselle Park Police.
The Roselle Park Police, Fire Department, PSE&G, and construction officials are on scene.

"Emergent construction will be taking place to demolish the existing building to avoid any further collapse and make the area safe," said police.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area of E. Westfield Avenue at Berwyn Street.
