Bulk Waste Pick Up Back In Westfield. See The Schedule
The removals are scheduled to begin Sept. 30.
WESTFIELD, NJ - It took weeks of negotiating and a special meeting to get it done, but the Westfield Mayor and Council authorized a contract for residential bulk waste pick-up to Republic Services Tuesday morning.
The cost of the permit remains unchanged from last year, at $185 per 750 pounds of waste, which may be shared among neighbors. Pre-registration by Sept. 27 is required to participate.
In the coming days, each household will receive detailed information regarding acceptable items, procedures and registration via mail; this information is also currently available on the Town’s website, including a printable registration form.
