Burglars Climb Through 2nd Floor Bedroom Window, Ransack House In Berkeley Heights: Cops
The home burglary reported on Monday is under investigation.
BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ — Authorities are investigating a home burglary where suspects climbed through a second-floor window and ransacked the home in Berkeley Heights, said police.
On Feb. 24, homeowners on Rosegate Court reported a burglary while they were away on vacation, said Berkeley Heights Police.
Officers conducted a preliminary investigation, which found that unknown suspects gained access to the home through a second-floor rear bedroom window, said police.

The inside of the home showed signs of having been ransacked, and several personal belongings appear to have been disturbed or taken, said police.
"The Berkeley Heights Police Department is actively investigating this incident and urges members of our community to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity in their neighborhoods," said police.
