Westfield Mental Health Council Book Discussion Series continues with "Group" on Wednesday, June 10

The Westfield Mental Health Council, in partnership with the Westfield Memorial Library, will hold a mental health–themed book discussion group to discuss Group: How One Therapist and a Circle of Strangers Saved My Life by Christie Tate. Copies of the book are available to check out, in advance, at the library.

Open to Westfield residents and members of the public. Recommended for adults and older teens. Attendees are expected to engage respectfully in accordance with library policies.

This Program is intended for general educational and discussion purposes only. Any materials, information, or discussions provided through this Program are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional mental health care. This Program is not a clinical service, therapy session, support group session, or a substitute for mental health treatment. Program facilitators will not provide therapy, individualized counseling, or emergency health services through this Program.
