The Miller Cory House will answer questions revolving around Easter on Sunday, March 13 during "Easter Customs & Traditions."

Westfield, NJ -- Get into the Easter spirit at the Miller Cory House where answers to questions revolving around the holiday will be revealed.
Questions such as: Why are rabbits and lambs associated with Easter? What is the significance of the lily? And can you really stir-fry marshmallow Peeps?
The museum will answer these questions on March 13 from 2 to 4 p.m. during "Easter Customs & Traditions."

Sunday’s presentation will include an overview of Easter symbols and traditions, a fun look at Easter sweets, a spring cookie decorating craft for children and Easter story telling.
Members of the cooking committee will demonstrate 18th century open-hearth cooking.

Admission is $4 ages 13 and older, $3 ages 3 to 12 and free under age 3.
The Miller Cory House is located at 614 Mountain Ave in Westfield.
