Christie Nominates 9 Westfield Locals For Appointments

WESTFIELD, NJ — Nine Westfield locals were among the many nominations Governor Chris Christie filed for direct appointments with the Secretary of State’s Office.

Kathy G. Monteiro was nominated for reappointment for a seat on the Center for Hispanic Policy, Research and Development Advisory Committee.

The Honorable Jon M. Bramnick was nominated for appointment as an Assembly Representative for the New Jersey Israel Commission.

The Honorable Thomas H. Kean, Jr. was nominated for reappointment as an Senate Representative for the New Jersey Israel Commission.

Judith Sheft, Rabbi Douglas Sagal and Rabbi Charles Kroloff were all nominated for reappointment as an public members for the New Jersey Israel Commission.

Sherl Brand, RN, BSN was nominated for reappointment as a public member provider for the Medical Assistance Advisory Council.

Uday C. Mehta, M.D., MPH, FAACP was nominated for reappointment as a public member of the Survivor of Traumatic Brain Injury or Family Member for the New Jersey Advisory Council on Traumatic Brain Injury.

Rita Steindlberger was nominated for appointment as a public member of The Brain Injury Assocation of NJ Rep. for the New Jersey Advisory Council on Traumatic Brain Injury.
