Così, Inc. Opens Café in Mountainside, N.J.

MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ – Così, Inc., the fast-casual restaurant company, has expanded its presence in the Garden State with the opening of a café in Mountainside, N.J.

Designed to accommodate office tenants and outside guests, the space is located in the Diamondhead Building (200 Sheffield St., Ste. #108, Mountainside, NJ, 07092). There are several tables adjacent with additional communal seating in the courtyard.

Hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with breakfast served until 11 a.m. Online ordering service is available at www.getcosi.com, through the Così App, or by calling 908-543-9045.

Così® is best known for its fresh, signature flatbread made from a centuries-old recipe. Guests can select made-to-order sandwiches, freshly-tossed salads, soups, snacks and desserts, complemented by handcrafted beverages and coffee.

Most popular items include Signature salad (mixed greens, grapes, pears, pistachios, dried cranberries, bleu cheese, sherry shallot vinaigrette), TBM sandwich (tomatoes, basil, fresh mozzarella, cosi vinaigrette) and tomato basil soup. Guests can earn points towards rewards on entrée and beverage purchases through the Così Loyalty Program.

Così’s other N.J. locations are in Jersey City, Morristown and Secaucus, with a Piscataway opening planned for early 2020. Earlier this year, Cosi opened locations in Burlington, Mass., Cambridge, Mass. and Hartford, Conn.
