Crossing Guard Uninjured After Hit-And-Run In Westfield: Report

WESTFIELD, NJ – A crossing guard was not injured after being struck by a hit-and-run driver, according to report by TAP Into Westfield. The incident took place Thursday morning near Edison Intermediate School when the driver of a black sedan ignored the guard’s signal to stop at Rahway Avenue and West Grove Street while turning left, the report said.

According to the report, the sedan involved fled the scene
