WESTFIELD, NJ — Police across Union County are warning drivers not to try and to drive through flooded roads.
Numerous roads throughout the county and state are flooded and not passable. Many vehicles have been stuck trying to cross flooded roads, Clark Police report.
Westfield local Karen Salemme captured this photo of a driver trying to drive through a flooded roadway on Clark Street and Effingham Place on Monday.
