Drug Possession, Fraud, Criminal Mischief Reported In Westfield
A Westfield local was among several to be arrested in the town, according to the police blotter.

WESTFIELD, NJ — Drug possession, fraud, criminal mischief, theft and more were reported recently in Westfield, according to the police blotter
Westfield Police Blotter:
On July 14 at 10:35 p.m.: Ruben D. Delgado, 44, of Cranford was arrested on two outstanding warrants for $350 and $500 out of Hillside following a traffic stop in the area of East South Avenue and Cacciola Place. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released after posting bail.

On July 15 at 5:28 p.m.: Luis Sevilla, 28, of Plainfield was arrested on two outstanding traffic warrants out of Piscataway for $728 and Tinton Falls for $501 following a traffic stop on West North Avenue. He was transported to headquarters and released after posting bail.
On July 17 at 6:03 a.m.: An employee of a business located on the 800 block of West South Avenue reported a burglary to the business. Someone forced entry into the establishment and rummaged through part of the business. It is unknown if anything was taken from the business at the time it was reported. The incident occurred between 2:50 and 2:58 a.m.

On July 19 at 10:10 p.m.: Polly Powosnk, 27, of Cranford was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Norwood for $750 following a traffic stop. Further investigation found she also had warrants out of Cranford for $250 and Roselle Park for $250. She was processed and released on her own recognizance.
On July 20 at 11:05 a.m.: A resident in the 100 block of Effingham Place reported an act of criminal mischief to their vehicle while it was parked on the street in front of their home overnight. Someone smashed the rear window with an unknown object causing approximately $500 in damage.
On July 22 at 2:34 p.m.: A resident of the 600 block of Westfield Avenue reported that they were the victim of fraud. Someone used their credit card without his authorization.
On July 22 at 8:40 p.m.: Joshua Stryker, 18, of Westfield was arrested for possession of prescription legend drugs, possession of marijuana (THC oil), and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the area of Wells Street and East Broad Street. He was transported to headquarters and released on summonses.
On July 22 at 10:04 p.m.: James Stryker, 53, of Westfield was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Bedminster. He was transported to headquarters and released after posting bail.
On July 23 at 11:35 p.m.: Dylan Scott, 20, of South Orange was arrested for possession of fraudulent document, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of an alcoholic beverage following a traffic stop at Saint Paul Street and East Broad Street. He was transported to headquarters and released on summonses.
On July 23 at 2:44 p.m.: A resident of Sandra Circle reported that they were the victim of credit card fraud. The victim reported that someone unlawfully utilized multiple separate credit cards that were previously lost.
On July 24 at at 5:29: Ashley Rouland, 32, of Plainfield was arrested for two outstanding warrants from Plainfield for $618 and East Brunswick for $450 following a traffic stop on Sussex Street near East South Avenue. He was transported to headquarters and turned over to Plainfield Police.
