For the second year in a row, the Contagious Drama Workshop and NJ playwright Ben Clawson have teamed up to create another original teen production. The Alphabet Circuit was written specifically for the teen students at CDW. The piece is a collection of short plays with teenage
characters that are in the rare state of being teenagers in the 21 century. Themes include facing fears, school pressures, fitting in, the age of texting, dealing with loss, and friendship. The pieces are lightly and cleverly strung together by the alphabet. The production is humorous,
thought provoking and moving.
Performances are Friday, Jan. 13th at 8 pm and Saturday, Jan. 14th at 2 pm and 8 pm. Tickets are $5/students and $8/adult.
Students come free for the Saturday matinee (just bring a student ID).
There will be a talk back with the playwright and cast immediately following the Friday performance.
