Come celebrate the passion of Spanish Flamenco music and dance with a wonderful mid-day concert performance with acclaimed singer and guitarist David Castellano and members of the FLAMENCO Sí Dance Company at Sorrento Restaurant, located at 631 Central Avenue in Westfield, NJ. The gypsy spirit of the Andalusian region of Spain comes to life with this special concert performance on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 1pm. This unique experience includes a choice of lunch entree, dessert and a beverage plus BYO is welcome. Acclaimed flamenco singer, pianist and guitarist David Castellano has experienced over a decade as a professional musician, recording and performing world-wide. His inner drive for musical perfectionism has sparked the interest of many dance companies and musical artists such as Flamenco diva, Pilar Rioja and European pop fusion group, Alabina. Mr. Castellano is joined on stage for this special performance by in demand flamenco dancers Laura Castellano, Jose Moreno and flamenco guitarist Rafael Brunn. A portion of the event proceeds benefit programming efforts at TEATRO Sí, a 501(c)3 not for profit NJ corporation. Concert tickets are priced at $29.95 per person and includes a choice of entree, dessert and a beverage. BYOB is welcome.
