HOOPS for HOPE-A basketball clinic Fundraiser for our partner school in Afghanistan & Celebration of young women in sports

Tonight there will be a basketball clinic at Westfield High School - Gym.  This fundraiser is for our partner school in Afghanistan & the celebration of young women in sports.

It begins at 7 p.m. and cost is $25.00 which includes a T-shirt.

OPEN TO GIRLS GRADES 4-8.  All ability levels welcome!

The nationally ranked Kean University women’s basketball team will provide skills training for girls in grades 4-8.

 All money raised will be donated to our partner school in Afghanistan.

 All chapters of Girls Learn International are paired with a partner school in an area of the world, where women have traditionally been denied an education.  Our partner school is Abdullah Bin Omar School which is located just outside of the Afghan capital of Kabul.  Over the past years, our fundraising efforts have contributed to literacy programs at the school.
