The Westfield High School Theatre Department proudly presents Stage Door, a lighthearted drama by George S. Kaufman and Edna Ferber. Stage Door, set in 1930’s New York City, chronicles the hopes, ambitions, romances and misfortunes of aspiring stage actresses living in Mrs. Orcutt’s Footlights boarding house. Ever hopeful, the girls pound the pavement looking for their big break and return home downhearted, over-the-moon, and everything in between. Performances of Stage Door will take place in the Westfield High School Auditorium, located at 550 Dorian Road,on Thursday, November 17, at 4:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday, November 18 and November 19, at 7:30 pm. General seating tickets are available for $10 at the door.
