This workshop is designed specifically to stretch and strengthen your neck and shoulders. Combining both active and restorative yoga postures, you will feel more relaxed and open in the shoulders. Enhance mindfulness & reduce stress through coordinated breath with movement. Learn techniques & alignment to cultivate healthy shoulder functioning. Easy, take home tips for lower back care maintenance.

Workshop is for all levels – basic to seasoned practitioners.
