Tryouts for our top team in the Mite and Squirt divisions will be held April 16 and May 1 at Union Sports Arena.
Tryouts are open to boys and girls ages 8-10 with high-intermediate to advanced ic ehockey skills. Each team will consist of our most skilled players in each division and require a greater time and financial commitment when compared to "rec" or "house" teams. At this time it is unclear if Mites will play x-ice or full-ice games. However, the Mites A team will consist of our most skilled Mites capable of playing both formats at a high skill level.
Candidates must attend 1 tryout and there is a $50 non-refundable fee. ** Goalies must attend both tryouts.

Each tryout is expected to last 1 hour and will test various skills during drill and game-like settings.
The Westfield Hockey Club will communicate the results of the tryouts no later than May 1. If your child is selected to a travel team, a $500 non-refundable deposit is due to WHC no later than May 2 - no exceptions.
