Five Thing You Need to Know This Week

1) The WHS freshman girls basketball team faces off against Bridgewater-Raritan High School at 4:15 p.m. on Monday at Roosevelt Intermediate School.

2) There will be a blood drive on Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 1011 Central Avenue.

3) The Town Council and Board of Education are both meeting at 8 p.m. on Tuesday night. The Council session will be in the Council chambers of the Municipal Building and the BOE session in the in the meeting room of BOE headquarters on Elm Street.

4) Diane Meier, author of marketing and wedding planning books, will speak at 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Memorial Library.

5) The WHS Boys Freshman Basketball Team faces off against Scotch-Plains-Fanwood at 4 p.m. on Friday at WHS.
