BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ — A new eatery, Fuchsia Bowls, recently opened in Berkeley Heights.

The healthy eatery held a soft opening earlier this month at its location at 487 Springfield Ave. in Berkeley Heights.

Fuchsia Bowls offers a variety of Pitaya, açaí, smoothies, juices and more. There are also Build-Your-Own options as well.
