Contested Primary Set For 7th Congressional District Seat
There are 2 Republicans and 3 Democrats vying for the 2-year term seat currently held by republican incumbent Leonard Lance.

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — The 2o18 New Jersey primary election will be held on Tuesday, June 5 and there is a heated and contested race for the 7th Congressional District seat.
The two-year term seat is currently held by Leonard Lance, who has held the seat since 2009. District 7 covers all of Hunterdon County, and parts of Essex, Morris, Somerset, Union, and Warren counties.
