Kirshenbaum Baking Co. Celebrates 2nd Anniversary In Westfield

WESTFIELD, NJ — Kirshenbaum Baking Co.’s is celebrating its 2nd anniversary at their Westfield location.

"We feel incredibly blessed to celebrate another year doing what we love in our hometown. We are so touched by all the community support and grateful for our many loyal regulars, said Chef/co-owner Uyen Kirshenbaum.

This weekend, the bakery is bringing back their greatest hits from the past two years. They are kicking off with their Banh Mi pop-up on Friday.

Then on Saturday and Sunday, they will offer more sweet treats including Valentine's Strawberry Chocolate Croissant, Apricot or Chocolate Rugelach, Vanilla Lavendar Cookie, and Kouign Amann.

Additionally, they will have a fun coloring activity for kids to add extra joy to the celebration. Patrons can stop by and grab a coloring page or print it (Coloring Sheet PDF) and bring it in for a free cupcake.

"We can't wait to see you this weekend to savor the flavors that made our first two years so special. Thank you for being part of our journey; here’s to many more delicious years ahead!" wrote the bakery.

Kirshenbaum Baking Co. is located at 62 Elm Street, Westfield. They recently expanded to open a second location at 22 Schuyler Place, Morristown.
