WESTFIELD, NJ — A new Japanese restaurant recently held a ribbon-cutting in Downtown Westfield.
Kome Omakase opened at 407 South Ave W, Westfield.
Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce called the restaurant "a unique sushi dinner experience."

"Their set-course menu offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience, with each dish prepared right in front of you. From the presentation to the fresh sushi, it’s an experience you won’t want to miss!" said the Chamber of Commerce.
Kome Omakase specializes in seasonal seafood and carefully aged fish.

The restuarant it led by a chef with 20 years of sushi industry experience, including experience working in a Michelin restaurant.
