Lindabury Partner Robert Anderson Elected President of Parlex
-Anderson to lead global network of law firms handling cross-border transactions-
Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., announced that Robert W. Anderson has been elected president of The Parlex Group, an international network of law firms that work cooperatively to handle cross-border legal transactions.
Mr. Anderson is the first non-European to serve as president in the 47-year history of The Parlex Group. He will also serve as a member of the Management Committee for a two-year term.
“In our increasingly interconnected world, legal transactions now regularly involve multiple countries and legal systems,” said Mr. Anderson. “I am greatly honored by the opportunity to serve as Parlex’s president while we work to seamlessly meet the challenges of global transactions.”

In his practice, Robert Anderson represents both emerging and established corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and securities law matters. He also has expertise in cybersecurity, data privacy, internet law, and start-up companies’ formation and operations. Admitted to the New Jersey and New York bars, he holds a J.D. from Fordham University of Law.
