Man Caught Masturbating In Public, Westfield Police Say
A Westfield man was taken into custody following a report of inappropriate public conduct on East Broad Street.
WESTFIELD, NJ — A Westfield man was taken into custody following a report of lewd behavior on East Broad Street, according to information released by police.
Officers responded to East Broad Street after receiving a report involving a man masterbating in public. Following an on-scene response and witness accounts, 31-year-old Matthew Sosnowski of Westfield was taken into custody and charged with fourth-degree lewdness.
He was processed and later transported to the county correctional facility pending a future court appearance.
