New Brunch Spot Coming To Union County

Toast City Diner will be expanding to open its fourth location in Downtown Cranford this fall. This will be its first Union County location.

CRANFORD, NJ — A new breakfast and lunch spot is coming to Downtown Cranford.

Toast City Diner will be taking over the space at 10 Walnut Ave. in Cranford this fall, according to Downtown Cranford.

The space at the corner of South and Walnut Avenue, next to the Cranford Hotel, was formerly home to Red Crab.

Toast City Diner currently has three other locations in Montclair, Asbury Park, and Red Bank. This would be its first Union County location.

"The Cranford store will be the first Toast location to showcase the new Toast 2.0 prototype which will feature a new design, updated logo and new signature menu items, while still serving the delicious food that fans of the concept know and love," according to Downtown Cranford.

The menu has a wide variety of items including traditional benedicts, pancakes, waffles, omelettes, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and salads.
