WESTFIELD, NJ — A new fitness center has opened in Westfield to help locals get "stretched."
StretchLab held a grand opening for its location at 161 E. Broad St. on Sept. 14.
StretchLab offers a team of highly trained Flexologists® to "give you a deeper stretch than you could ever achieve on your own."

There are one-on-one stretches that are customized to the person's specific needs, focusing on the problem area or targeting certain muscle groups. And there are group stretches that are led by a Flexologist.
The franchise states that their stretches offer many benefits including improved sports performance, increased range of motion and flexibility, reduced muscle and joint pain, improved posture, and reduced stress.
