Police Blotter: Jewelry, Car Radio Reported Stolen

An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

Dec. 10 - Laketha Gregory, 36, of Westfield, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding warrant for her arrest from the Elizabeth Municipal Court ($219) and the Plainfield Municipal Court ($250). Subject was arrested, processed and released on her own recognizance. 

Dec. 11 - A resident of the 100 Block of Pearl Street reported a theft of a radio from their motor vehicle while it was parked in front of the residence. Unknown actor(s) entered their vehicle and removed a JVC head unit with CD player (blue-silver colored) valued at approximately $150.

Dec. 19 - Resident of Stoneleigh Park reports the theft of approximately $4,400 worth of jewelry from the residence occurring sometime in the previous two weeks.
