Press Release: Send a Valentine to Westfield

United Fund unveils new marketing campaign.

The Westfield United Fund (WUF) invites all residents to send a “Valentine to Westfield” as part of a new marketing campaign designed to broaden awareness of the agency and its work in the community.

A direct-mail postcard delivered to all households asks residents to go to www.ILoveWestfield.org and fill out a short survey of their favorite things about Westfield. The survey additionally asks residents what one thing they would like to see changed about the town. For every response received during the month of February, Two River Community Bank will donate $5 to the Westfield United Fund.  The results of the survey will be publicized in local media as well as through the fund’s new Facebook page.

“The Valentine campaign is a novel way of reaching out to new supporters based on a shared love of Westfield,” says Linda Maggio, WUF executive director.  “With just a few simple clicks, they can tell us all that they appreciate about this wonderful, caring community of ours, as well as generate a small contribution to WUF.
