Westfield: Redeemer School A Place For Your Introverted Child

Redeemer School has a place for your child--especially if your child is one of the silent introverts who needs a small school environment in which to thrive.

A recent article at Teachers.net, entitled 'Introverted Children in Extroverted Schools' ( http://gazette.teachers.net/gazette/wordpress/editor/introverted-children-in-extroverted-schools/ ) offers the following, staggering insight: starting a new school year is overwhelming for the one in three children who are introverts.  ONE in THREE!

At Redeemer School, small class sizes offer our staff the blessing of getting to know each child on a personal basis.  Just like the old theme song from Cheers, at Redeemer "everybody knows your name!"  Students get to interact with other students in different classes, while still being able to retain that small classroom feel that is a comfort to the introverted child.  Staff members know the children in all the classes, not just their own.

By giving your child the opportunity to 'come out of the shell' during those earliest school years, you help to ensure their continued success in elementary school and beyond.  But nothing is more important than that solid footing and firm foundation.  Your child can find the right footing at Redeemer School!

For information, see www.redeemerschoolwestfield.com or phone the school office (908-232-1592) for a chance to take a tour, meet the staff, and see our lovely facility.  We still have openings for our early childhood classes and extended morning and full day Kindergarten classes.
