Republicans Win In Westfield, Turf Field Nixed: Unofficial Results
With 100 percent of the precincts reported, the Edison Field turf project was shot down, and the Republicans claimed 3 seats on the council.

WESTFIELD, NJ — The hotly debated Westfield turf field bond question was shot down by voters and Republicans beat out Democrats in the 2023 General Election, according to unofficial results.
Here are the real-time unofficial results for the question and Westfield Town Council. According to Union County, 100 percent of the districts have reported. However, these results remain unofficial until all mail-in and provisional ballots are counted:
