Road Rage Caused Death Of 82-Year-Old Man In Union County

Franceau Belizaire, 37, has been charged with the death of 82-year-old George Russo after a fit of road-rage in Elizabeth last month, according to mycentraljersey.com.

After a brief exchange of words between Russo and the vehicle that almost hit him, Belizaire, a passenger in the vehicle, got out and struck Russo in the head - injuries sustained from the hit killed Russo a week later, according to mycentraljersey.com.
