Sales Supervisor Needed

The Westfield Service League is currently interviewing experienced supervisors to manage its Thrift and Consignment Shop.  The Thrift and Consignment Shop serves Westfield and surrounding communities from September through June and has been in business since 1933.  The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years prior supervisor experience--preferably in a consignment or retail environment.  Specific duties include but are not limited to:  developing and managing employee schedules, performance managing sales associates, recruiting,  hiring and training backfill associates, managing employee relations through the Service League Board of Governors, handling consignor accounts, maintaining computer records, opening and closing the shop and managing all financial records.  To apply, send your resume complete with references and salary history to:    The Westfield Service League, 114 Elmer Street, Westfield, NJ 07090, Attn:  Tracie Milford or email wslemploy@gmail.com
