The market will be open every Saturday through Oct. 27

Open from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., the market, which features everything from fresh-cut flowers to straight-off-the-farm fruits and vegetables as well as baked goods, will run every Saturday through Oct. 27. While not all vendors were in attendance on Saturday, those that were there said they look forward to participating this season.

"Our specialty is eggplant rollantini," Vieira said. "It's individually hand-rolled, not breaded or deep-fried. We make our own mozzarella; we make our own tomato sauce. We try to provide healthy alternatives for popular Italian favorites."
All of Paolo's Kitchen's meals, including a line of gluten-free items, are frozen so shoppers can enjoy them throughout the week.
