Sleuths Wanted To Solve Puzzles In Westfield Sunday

WESTFIELD, NJ - Families with a knack for sleuthing are invited to participate in a clue hunt that requires the players to use their cunning wit and problem solving skills to decipher clues that lead them to various locations throughout downtown Westfield Sunday.

Midday Madness: An Interactive Clue Hunt is set for 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. with a rain date of April 2.

According to Promotions Committee Chair of Downtown Westfield Corporation and Realtor for David Realty Group Erin Ben-Hayon the event will serve two purposes.
“The new Midday Madness Clue Hunt is a great family fun event that will also bring people into the stores downtown," she said.

Families will be their own team and will be assigned a color or pattern to wear. They will arrive at 76 Elm Street to begin the event. They will be given a list of clues. Once they have solved a clue they find the locations, take a selfie to move onto the next one until the game is complete. The finish line will also be at 76 Elm Street and prizes to be offered to the team that comes in with the best score.

The cost to participate is $10 per adult and $5 per child to be paid at the registration table at 76 Elm Street on the day of the event.
