Small Fire Reported At Addams Tavern In Westfield
The fire did not delay renovations currently ongoing at the restaurant on Elm Street. Addams Tavern slated to re-open soon.
WESTFIELD, NJ — A small fire was reported at Addams Tavern in Westfield on Wednesday around 5:30 p.m.
One of the planter boxes outside the building had a small fire, very minimal," said Callie Grabowski, spokeswoman for Addam's Tavern at 115 Elm St.
The fire was probably started by a cigarette.

The fire was extinguished quickly by firefighters in Westfield. There was no reported damage and it will not delay renovations, Grabowski said.

"If all goes well, our goal is to complete the construction in about 90 days! We can’t wait to re-open!" Grabowski said.
