Sticky's Finger Joint Opening In Union
The chicken finger spot is hoping to open two more locations in the late summer.

UNION, NJ — Chicken finger restaurant Sticky's Finger Joint is looking to open their second and third New Jersey locations in Bridgewater and Union later this summer, a spokesperson confirmed.
More information, like an exact location of opening date, was not immediately available. The Paramus location, which opening on Friday, is the first New Jersey outpost for the New York City mini-chain.
Sticky's bills itself as "New York City's finest gourmet chicken finger restaurant," serving fresh chicken that is free of antibiotics and hormones. It also serves chicken poppers, sandwiches, and salads.

The menu includes 18 different sauces, including, Nashville numb, sassy BBQ, sunny mustard, and buttermilk baby ranch.
Sticky's restaurants have and urban vibe to them and are adored with murals created by local graffiti artists. High-energy music is played in the restaurants and the staff are trained to engage with customers.

"We're a New York City business that is trying to translate the experience in New York City in a suburban setting, and we thought Paramus would be a great market where this would resonate," said founder and owner Jon Sherman ahead of the Paramus opening. "We wanted to go somewhere where there is a density of people and North Jersey, particularly Paramus, resonates with the urban nature of New York City."
